These Terms govern your access to and use of the Walloop platform and define the legal rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you and Walloop.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Walloop platform in any jurisdiction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2. Scope of Services
Walloop provides a technology interface for wallet management and operations across blockchain networks and related layers. Services may include monitoring features, transaction history, notifications, operational support tools, and integrations with third-party providers.
3. Eligibility and Account Security
You must meet the legal age and capacity requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your devices, credentials, OTP codes, keys, and any authentication data used to access the platform.
4. User Representations and Covenants
You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and up to date, and you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes. Use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited.
5. Digital Asset Risk Disclosure
Digital asset activities involve significant risks, including market volatility, liquidity constraints, custody incidents, protocol failures, counterparty risk, and regulatory uncertainty. Walloop does not guarantee profitability, uninterrupted network availability, or reversal of irreversible transactions.
6. Compliance, AML/CFT, and Sanctions
Walloop may monitor, limit, refuse, suspend, or block transactions and account access as necessary to comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CFT), international sanctions regimes, and applicable regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from network downtime, third-party failures, regulatory changes, force majeure events, or misuse of credentials.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, including trademarks, trade dress, software, code, APIs, texts, graphics, and visual elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, modification, scraping, or distribution is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
9. Privacy, International Data Transfers, and Security
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Data may be transferred across borders and processed in jurisdictions other than your own for authentication, security, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
10. Fees, Taxes, and Local Obligations
Network fees, third-party fees, and applicable taxes may vary by jurisdiction and are your sole responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for complying with all tax, reporting, licensing, and regulatory obligations applicable to you.
11. Amendments to Terms and Services
Walloop may amend these Terms or modify platform features at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, or operational requirements. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
12. Suspension, Termination, and Jurisdictional Restrictions
Walloop may suspend or terminate accounts, transactions, or access in cases of breach of these Terms, operational risk, suspected unlawful activity, sanctions concerns, or legal/regulatory directives. Services may be unavailable in certain countries or regions due to legal restrictions.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law as determined by the relevant legal relationship and competent jurisdiction. Disputes may be resolved by competent courts, arbitration, or other alternative dispute mechanisms as required or permitted under applicable law.
